ROSE R. WALAG, 89, of Cedar Glen Lakes, Whiting, MANCHESTER, passed away on Monday, January 14, at home. Born and lived in Brooklyn, NY, before moving to Whiting in 1988. She was a communicant of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, Whiting. Rose was predeceased by her loving husband of 63 years, Stanley, in 2004. She is survived by her son Stanley J. Walag of Oakland, MI, her daughter Mary Jos, of Jamesport, NY, four grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren. Visitation will be held on Friday, January 18, from 9:00am-10:45am, at Manchester Memorial Funeral Home 28 Schoolhouse Rd Whiting. A funeral liturgy will be offered on Friday, at 11am from the All Saints Chapel at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church, Whiting, with an entombment to follow at Whiting Memorial Park, Whiting.
