Ruth H. Catania, 90, of Whiting, passed away Saturday, August 14, 2010 at Van Dyke Hospice in Toms River. Ruth was predeceased by her husband, Michael in 2009. She is survived by her daughters, Barbara, Joan, and Elaine; brother Ronald, 10 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren. Visiting hours will be on Tuesday, Aug. 17, 2010, from 9 to 10:45 a.m. at the Manchester Memorial Funeral Home, 28 Schoolhouse Rd., Whiting. A Funeral Liturgy will follow at 11:00 a.m. at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church, Whiting. Entombment will be at Whiting Memorial Park.
