Ruth G. Danz, 90, of Whiting, passed away Tuesday, January 04, 2011 at Southern Ocean County Hospital in Stafford Twp., NJ. Born in Larchmont, NY, she lived in Paramus before moving to Whiting in 1988. Ruth was very active in Community activities. She was a member of the Community Reformed Church, Whiting. She was predeceased by her husband, John in 1990 and her son, Robert in 2001. She is survived by two daughters, Barbara Simkin and her husband, James and Judith Swanson; two sisters, Estelle Taylor and Dorothy MacConnell; four grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Visiting hours will be Friday from 10 a.m. to 12 noon at Manchester Memorial Funeral Home, 28 Schoolhouse Road, Whiting, followed by a funeral service at 12 noon at the funeral home.
