Sandra Reinhardt, 77, passed away on May 18, 2025. Born in Passaic, NJ, to the late Salvatore and Margaret Perrone, Sandra was raised in Garfield and later lived in West Patterson, Haskell and Verona before settling in Whiting in 2011.

Sandra was predeceased by her beloved husband, John Reinhardt (1993), and her parents, Salvatore and Margaret Perrone. She is survived by her daughters, Anita Reinhardt and her partner, Joey, and Carla Saravanos and her husband, Dimitrios. Her sister, Christine Grieco, also survives Sandra.

Sandra graduated from Pope Pius XII High School in Passaic NJ in 1965. She earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (BSN) from Seton Hall University in 1969. She had a nursing career which spanned for over 40 years as a Registered Nurse, having worked as a Nursing Supervisor at several Nursing Homes and Assisted Living Facilities throughout New Jersey.

In her free time, she enjoyed spending time with her family, reading and caring for her beloved dogs. Her kindness and love for animals and family will be deeply missed.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at 9:00am Saturday, June 7 at All Saints Chapel at Saint Elizabeth Ann Seton Church, 30 Schoolhouse Road, Whiting. Interment will follow at Immaculate Conception Cemetery, Montclair at 11:30am.
