Stella M. Yates, 91, of Whiting, MANCHESTER, died Wednesday, November 21, 2007 at home. She was born in Jersey City. She worked as a bookkeeper for Textile Bank Co. for 7 years, retiring in 1973. Stella was a member of the Busy Bees of Pine Ridge, and the Social Club of Lakeshore Lodge. She was a communicant of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, Whiting. She was predeceased by her husband Thomas in 1997.She is survived by a good friend, Pat Iwansky of Virginia.
