Teresa Forrest, 80, of Whiting, passed away on Tuesday, August 10, 2010, at Whiting Healthcare. Born in Cork City, Ireland, she moved to the US in 1950 where she resided in Kearny, NJ. Teresa had served as Secretary Treasurer of Graphic Communications International Union Local 612M before retiring to Whiting. She was a member of the American Irish Club and The Village I Trustees. Teresa is survived by her husband, John; three children, John Forrest, Noreen Murray, and Kathleen Forrest; brother, Don O'Leary; two sisters, Helen O'Connor and Cora Reidlinger; three grandchildren Kevin, Deirdre, and Mary. Calling hours will be Thursday from 4 to 7 p.m. at Manchester Memorial Funeral Home, 28 Schoolhouse Road, Whiting. A Memorial Mass will be offered at 10 a.m. Friday at the All Saints Chapel of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church, Whiting.
