Travis Turin Terrill, age 33, of Lanoka Harbor, passed away peacefully on Sunday, October 15, 2017 after a yearlong battle with congestive heart disease. Born in Utah, he was a lifelong Ocean County resident. He graduated from Pinelands Regional High School in 2003. Travis worked for many years as a commercial fisherman. He loved being on the ocean. He was a serious Giants fan, adored his nieces and nephew, loved cooking and had a soft spot for animals. Surviving are his parents, Cyndy Turin and David Terrill, his brother Shaughn, his sister Terri, his nieces Keara, Kyla, Chloe, and Scarlett; nephew Jack, and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. A Memorial Gathering of family and friends will take place on Saturday, October 21, 2017 from 2:00pm until 5:00pm at Lacey Memorial Home 1022 Lacey Road Forked River, NJ 08731. Those in attendance will be invited to share memories of Travis. The family will be hosting a time of fellowship in their home immediately following the gathering.
