Vlasta L. Bartal, 92, of Whiting, passed away Thursday, July 10, 2014 at home. She was born and raised in Manhattan, NY. She was a supervisor for AT&T, New York City, NY. Vlasta was predeceased by her husband, Frank M. Bartal in 1991. Visitation will be Monday, July 14th from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. at Manchester Memorial Funeral Home, 28 Schoolhouse Road, Whiting, NJ. A Funeral Liturgy will follow at 10:45 a.m. at the All Saints Chapel of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church, Whiting. Interment will be at Whiting Memorial Park.
