William Cowley, 81, of Whiting, passed away Wednesday, November 25, 2015 at Community Medical Center in Toms River, NJ. Born in Queens, NY, he lived in Florida, Freehold and Manalapan for 26 years before moving to Whiting 10 years ago. William was a publisher for Hospital Publications in Secaucus, NJ. He was a member of the Battleground Country Club and Yorktown Social Club, both, in Manalapan. He was a communicant of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church, Whiting. William is survived by his beloved wife, Dolores; four children, Dawn, William and his wife, Barbara, Drew and his wife, Sandy and Scott and his wife, Eileen and 10 grandchildren. A Memorial Gathering will be held on Friday, Dec. 4th from 3 to 7 p.m. at Manchester Memorial Funeral Home, 28 Schoolhouse Road, Whiting. A Memorial Mass will be offered on Saturday, Dec 5th at 9 a.m. at the All Saints Chapel of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church, Whiting.
