William J. Fenton, 60, of Whiting, passed away Saturday, November 28, 2020 at home. William was born in Newark, NJ. He was a carpenter and worked for the Carpenters Union as a dock builder in New York City for over 25 years. He had a love for motorcycles and was kind and generous to all he met. William was predeceased by his dad, William Fenton. He is survived by his mother, Lorraine Fenton; his daughter, Melissa Fenton; his granddaughter, Ellieana; Jeffrey Hoffman, who was like a son to him; two sisters, Deborah Gunther and Darleen Benns; nieces and nephews; and lifelong friends, George Caunt and Dennis Gulotta. A Memorial Service will be held on Tuesday, December 1st at 2:30 p.m. at Manchester Memorial Funeral Home,28 Schoolhouse Road, Whiting, NJ.
